Ten Peaks Tech ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Who we are

What data we collect

We only collect personal data you voluntarily provide:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company name (optional), and project description. This data is transmitted via Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox.
  • Analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised page view data. No personally identifiable information is stored.

We do not use third-party advertising networks, sell your data, or share it with any party other than the service providers described above.

Legal basis for processing

  • Contact enquiries — legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries you initiate).
  • Analytics — consent (you opt in via the cookie banner).

Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner on our site. Cookies are only set after you give explicit consent. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed.

The only cookies used are:

  • cookie_consent — a localStorage entry (not a browser cookie) that stores your consent preference. It does not leave your device.
  • Vercel Analytics — anonymised, privacy-friendly analytics. No cross-site tracking. Only active if you accept.

How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain a separate database of enquiries.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
